After depressing the button on the bottom of the magazine, use adjustable pliers to slightly press down on the side of the magazine catch to release the catch from the magazine and push it out. The bottom plate falls off very easily...

Recently converted my Gen4 Glock 27 to a Glock 26 and was in the market for some reliable 9mm mags and these mags have worked great for me so far. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this item.
